Fastest: call (650) 587-4092. Or send this and we call you back.
Each community page covers what is actually true there: the age of the houses, the creeks and canals, the main roads and the water problems that come up most. Newer subdivisions in Herriman and Daybreak in South Jordan mostly see upstairs laundry leaks and soaked finished basements, while mid-century Kearns and Murray contend with aging supply and drain lines.
Bench and canyon-mouth towns such as Alpine and Cottonwood Heights watch spring runoff closely, and Saratoga Springs spreads along the northwest shore of Utah Lake. If your street isn't listed, the ZIP checker shows whether it falls inside the 25 km circle around Bluffdale.

Yes, the northern part. Lehi, Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain all sit inside 25 km of Bluffdale. Orem, Vineyard and Provo are farther out, so they aren't part of the service area.
Both sit just past the 25 km line from Bluffdale, as do South Salt Lake, Tooele and Park City, so they aren't covered. Millcreek, West Valley City and Holladay are the northernmost cities on the list, and a quick call settles any address near that edge.
Mostly the age of the plumbing. Homes from the 1950s to 1970s in Kearns, Taylorsville, Midvale and Holladay may still have galvanized supply lines and older sewer laterals with root intrusion. Newer houses in Herriman, Riverton or Eagle Mountain more often leak from PEX fittings, washer hoses, ice-maker lines and window wells.
Copperton and Cedar Fort fall within range but have no pages of their own, so call to confirm an address there. Camp Williams is a Utah National Guard installation rather than a residential community, which is why it isn't listed.
